Question: How do I install my ScreenSaver? Answer: OSX installs the screen saver in the proper location. For classic Mac OS: 1.) Start by turning off any existing screen savers: ->Go to: Apple Menu, Control Panels, Extensions Manager ->Deselect any screen saver control panels 2.) Go to: System Folder, Control Panels Folder. 3.) Click and Drag the new screen saver control panel to the Control Panels Folder. 4.) Restart your computer. Your screen saver is now installed. Removing a Macintosh Screen Saver Question: How do I delete a Macintosh screen saver? Answer: To remove the screen saver, you must remove the screen saver's control panel from the control panels folder: 1.) Go to System Folder, Control Panels. 2.) Locate the screen saver's control panel. 3.) Click and drag the control panel to the trash. 4.) Restart your computer. The screen saver will be gone. |
