This is an incredible way of organizing your merchandise while on the road!
When you count your products at the beginning of the day, you just put those figures into the workbook.
Include any percentages being taken out, charity, and bankroll. At the end of the night, just count out
what's left of the products. This does all the math. It tells you how many of each size and product were sold;
converts all percentages into currency and tallies the amounts; and in the end it gives you how much the House gets,
and what the Net is.
Beyond that, it provides charts for year-at-a-glance views of products sold and nets, plus shows daily doses for Management, Merchandise Company and others. Best of all, there are complete currency conversion sheets - converted sheets of the USD pages you use for data-entry. Choose from 240 countries and their currencies to convert to. It even provides a simple calculator on every page because you don't want to sell something for 13.358 Euro. This allows you to put in the right USD amount to get the correct foreign prices that you're selling at. There are two charity profiles: One is included as part of what you normally sell, and is a part of settlement; the other is completely separate from any calculations in the settlement - 100% independent for those charities you may sell for and make 100% donations to.
