The SCurve for Microsoft Project is used to plot S curves for a single, master project or selected activities.
Three curves are presented, baseline, actual and schedule for a given MSProject. SCurve can help you track your MS Projects visually using an S-Curve graph. Progress and schedule are shown against base line so you can see where you are now compared to where you said you would be.

Implicit in S-curve forecasting are assumptions of slow inititial growth, subsequent rapid growth, followed by declining growth as saturation levels are achieved. The process assumes that for each activity a 60 % S-curve is calculated. It means that a 60% of duration a 50% complete should be accomplished. See a simple activity with ten days of duration
