SafeMail

SafeMail is an Outlook Express backup utility, that collects messages, contacts, accounts and settings into a single file, which can be password protected. An easy to use wizard interface will get you going in no time, while advanced users will certainly appreciate comprehensive command line support allowing scheduled background backups.
It allows to backup your address book, mail and news folders, mail accounts, message rules, signatures, stationery, blocked senders list and all personal settings. SafeMail can also help you to transfer all your Outlook Express data from one computer to another, even with different versions of Windows and/or Outlook Express (for example from Outlook Express 5.5 to Outlook Express 6.0 or vice versa.)
Backups are stored in an industry ZIP format (compatible with WinZip) which can be optionally password protected for increased privacy and security. Backups that exceed 2 gigabytes are stored in a standard ZIP64 format. Backup file can be spanned into multiple volumes. Optionally, a self-extracting backup can be created, which allows restoring the data without the need to install SafeMail.
SafeMail can be controlled by the command line parameters making it possible to initiate backup and restore from command line, which allows execution of SafeMail by standard or 3rd party tools, eg. schedulers.
