HelpDesk OSP HelpDesk OSP is a partly web based application for issue tracking and user support and connects Outlook to SharePoint/Office Live.

With HelpDesk OSP the Outlook toolbar gets buttons for conversion of e-mails into list objects in SharePoint or Office Live Small Business. Attached files, .html, priority, caller information are all included. Global Setting by the first user.

Any SharePoint List template can be used. Powerful, integrated reporting and statistics tool facilitates business intelligence. Useful for all kinds of issue tracking and user support.

HelpDesk OSP is based on Microsoft SharePoint or Office Live, which gives this application superior qualities when it comes to features and customization possibilities. It also makes HelpDesk OSP very easy to use and configure.

HelpDesk OSP combines three main parts:
  • Add-in for Outlook, installed on every helpdesk worker’s client machine
  • SharePoint/Office Live Lists. HelpDesk OSP works with all list templates provided by Microsoft for SharePoint and Office Live, and they can be highly customized to suit the organization's needs.
  • Statistics application, OLAP Reporting Tool for Excel
