footer of all outgoing emails.With Outlook Disclaimer Manager you can manage and sent different disclaimers for all employees in your company. Email disclaimers are statements that are either prepended or appended to e-mails. These statements are usually of a legal character but can also be used for marketing purposes. A disclaimer can also be used on a website. However, this application only covers the use of disclaimers in email communications. To automate the process as painfree as possible, Outlook Disclaimer Manager can include content from the Active Directory profile as well - if available, as well as current date and time for timestamping the Disclaimers validity.
